In the cellar, each plot is vinified separately to let every parcel speak for itself. The wines then rest for years on their lees, gaining depth and texture while preserving their true character.
With each vintage, the family fine-tunes its craft — always with the same purpose: to let the purity of Chardonnay shine through.
MASTERING THE CRAFT
The Michel family is also committed to reducing its carbon footprint.
Thanks to the estate’s own winemaking facility, every stage of production — from the arrival of the grapes to bottling — takes place on-site, with no need for transport in between.
This fully integrated approach allows complete control over each detail and the freedom to choose the perfect moment for bottling, disgorging, and extended aging.
